i worked with Shineone i the past and here is what i like about there platform:

- there ressource library make it easy for you to tweak and comeup with new designs

I found beeoux.com when i was searching for a prticular necklace that i saw my competitors advertising, that’s where i stumbled upon beeoux.com. they have their own good products if you want to to diversify from Shineone popular catalogue.
i didn’t work with beeoux.com in my store but their platform integrates with shopify, Etsy and woocomerce .

ownprint.co is based in The Netherlands and they are a good supplier for print on demand jewelry if you’re targeting European market as their shipping times are fast in Europe, here is what they mentioned in their website:

PS: for tracked shipping you have to pay between 5$ and 7$

you can check other sellers review in their app page, also check the date of the review as they might have improved or changed since then.
some customers complain about the high prices, some about quality. but overall the majority of sellers have a good experience with the app as it has 4.4/5 .

printful is a famous print on demand supplier, they have t shirts, bags, mugs and many other products that you can sell printed designs. they also have a small jewelry catalogue of earrings, bracelet and necklaces that you can offer your customers to engrave their name or favorite quote on.
their catalogue is small compared to other suppliers like shineone and beeoux.com, but their shipping times are reasonable even if you’re shipping worldwide.

this is another print on demand supplier that has a section for watches that you can customize and sell or offer your customers to personalize. i keep them at last as they didn’t update their shopify app for some time and it seems it’s missing something.
also some recent reviews on their app claim that they are having issues with customer service not responding. but if watches is what you’re looking fr to sell then give them a try and see for yourself and see if they wok for you.
Wrapping up
If i would recommend you to go with one of these suppliers i would advice you to give shineone or ownprint.co a try. they have a lot of products and they specialize in jewelry only.
Also i would recommend to join shineone Facebook group and check they case studies posted their to have and idea on what’s working and what is the best way to market your product. but coming with new ideas and thinking out of the box is key to success in this business.
